Return Policy
Every CoreBox USA unit is depot-inspected before dispatch and shipped with a condition report. Because containers are heavy industrial equipment, returns are handled through a defect-remediation process rather than blanket return windows.
48-Hour Inspection Window
Buyer has 48 hours from delivery to report any defect not disclosed in the condition report. Reports must include photos and a written description, submitted to sales@coreboxusa.com.
Remediation
Qualifying defects are remediated at our cost via on-site repair, partial refund, or full unit swap — at CoreBox USA's discretion. Most cases are resolved within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed grade (Used / Cargo Worthy)
- Damage caused after delivery or during buyer relocation
- Modifications performed by the buyer or third parties
