30-Day Return Window
You may return your container within 30 days of delivery. CoreBox USA covers return freight on returns initiated within this window.
After 30 Days
Returns initiated after the 30-day window are accepted at our discretion. In those cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the nearest CoreBox depot.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@coreboxusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We respond within 1 business day with pickup scheduling details.
- Pickup is arranged from your delivery address at a time we coordinate with you.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the container arriving back at our depot.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned containers must be in the same condition as delivered, with no buyer-added modifications, additional damage, or contents inside.
- Container must be empty and broom-clean at pickup.
- Doors must open and close as they did on delivery.
- No drilled holes, paint, signage, or structural modifications.
- Buyer is responsible for any damage that occurred after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Units
If your container arrives with damage or defects not noted in the condition report, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you, regardless of the 30-day window.
Custom Builds
Custom-modified containers (doors, windows, insulation, electrical, paint, etc.) are built to your specification and are non-returnable once production begins. Defects in workmanship are covered separately under our 12-month modification warranty.
