Standard Delivery: 5–7 Business Days
Containers ship from the depot nearest to your delivery ZIP. Standard transit time is 5–7 business days from confirmed payment clearance to drop-off at your site.
Coverage
We deliver to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are quoted case-by-case — contact sales@coreboxusa.com for a rate.
Dispatch & Tracking
Dispatch is scheduled within 1 business day of payment clearance. You receive a tracking reference by email and an estimated delivery window 24–48 hours before drop-off. Our dispatcher calls the delivery contact the morning of arrival to confirm the time window.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery ZIP and the nearest depot at quote time. The fee shown on your quote is the fee on your invoice — no fuel surcharges or last-minute add-ons. Standard delivery uses tilt-bed truck (for single containers) or flatbed with forklift unloading (for multi-unit orders).
Site Requirements
Buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible:
- 100 ft of straight approach for the truck
- 14 ft of overhead clearance (no low branches, wires, or eaves)
- Level, firm ground capable of supporting the loaded weight
- An adult to receive and sign for the delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccessible site or no one available to receive, a $450 re-dispatch fee applies for the second attempt.
Title Transfer & Inspection
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon driver signature at the delivery site. Inspect the unit on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. If you discover damage within 48 hours of delivery, see our return policy for the damage-claim process.
