Shipping Policy
Containers are dispatched from the depot hub nearest to the buyer's delivery ZIP. Standard transit is 3–5 business days from confirmed payment clearance.
Dispatch
Dispatch is scheduled within 24 business hours of payment clearance. Buyer receives a tracking reference and an estimated delivery window 24–48 hours before drop-off.
Site Requirements
Buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible to a tilt-bed truck (100 ft straight approach, 14 ft overhead clearance, level firm ground). Failed delivery attempts due to site inaccessibility incur a $450 re-dispatch fee.
Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon driver signature at the delivery site. Buyer must inspect the unit and note any defects on the delivery receipt at that time.
