Terms of Sale

These Terms govern the sale of goods by CoreBox Logistics Systems LLC ("CoreBox USA") to the buyer ("you").

1. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for 7 days. An order is binding once payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable state and local taxes, which are added at invoice.

3. Delivery & Title

See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer on driver signature at the delivery site.

4. Warranty

Each unit ships with a documented condition grade. See our Return Policy for the 48-hour defect-reporting window. No other warranties, express or implied, apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the unit at issue. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Harris County, TX.
